Return Policy
MBM Aroma Co. has a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, fragrance refills, opened scent products, used vent clips, used hanging glass bottles, and any item that has been installed, opened, leaked, altered, or visibly used cannot be returned.
To start a return, contact us at support@mbmaromaco.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@mbmaromaco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrance products
- Opened or used refills
- Installed or used vent clips
- Installed or used hanging glass bottles
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, heat exposure, spills, or failure to follow product instructions
- Gift cards
- Final sale or sale items, unless defective or incorrect
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Return Address
The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
